Meet the Founders
Founded in Houston by Christian and Melissa, Spades + Spirits brings craft cocktails and seamless service to weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
Christian’s journey began behind the bar at The Blind Goat, the acclaimed restaurant by Chef Christine Ha. There, he honed his craft managing high-volume service, curating cocktail menus, and collaborating with the city’s hospitality community. His deep knowledge of spirits and beverages, combined with an unwavering focus on craftsmanship, transforms every pour into a moment worth remembering.
Melissa complements this with her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to hospitality, ensuring every gathering, from intimate weddings to large corporate celebrations, feels personalized and effortless.
Inspired by their son Ace, they built this business with care and intention, blending skill, service, and heart in every pour.
